Welcome! I’m Abraham Cilliers—though most people just call me Avi. I’m the founder of Guardian Property Solutions, and more importantly, a proud family man. After spending years as a truck driver, constantly on the road and away from my loved ones, I knew it was time for a change. I wanted to build something rooted in family values—something with a deeper purpose. That’s how Guardian Property Solutions was born. We specialize in helping homeowners in Kansas City and the surrounding areas, especially those facing distressed property situations—from falling behind on payments, to inheriting unwanted homes, to needing to sell fast with less stress. At the heart of what I do is a deep commitment to trust, compassion, and treating every client like family. I know how overwhelming property issues can be, and my mission is to ease that burden by offering real solutions and honest guidance.
